Karate

Pre- Karate | Ages 4-7

Develops young children's flexibility, strength, and coordination using fun yet disciplined activities. This program is specifically designed for growing minds and bodies to enhance memory and agility. Watch your child's confidence blossom as their skills improve.

Youth Karate | Ages 7-14

Put your children in touch with their bodies and offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Children increase their coordination, agility, and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules.

Parent and Child Karate | Ages 7+

Classes are a great way to spend quality time with your child, while conditioning muscles, developing coordination and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Adult Karate | Ages 15+

Release tension and develop total body fitness while building stamina and overall productivity. In addition to self defense skills, karate increases felxibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone, while improving core strength.

Tae Kwon Do

Little Ninjas | Ages 4-6

Designed for preschool and kindergarten kids ages 4 through 6. The curriculum is fun and will keep your child engaged with nonstop action. Class concentrates on developing coordination, balance, focus, respect and discipline of TKD training.

Kids Tae Kwon Do | Ages 7-10

Focuses on improving basic motor skills, as well as challenging the student by adding more traditional martial arts and increasing the level of intensity. The program consists of punching, kicking, and blocking skills while using self-control.

Junior Tae Kwon Do | Ages 11-13

Assists in developing focus, teamwork skills, control, balance, memory, discipline, coordination, confidence, and self-esteem. All while focusing on traditional TKD.

Adult Tae Kwon Do | Ages 14+

Improve flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and over-all health, while reducing stress and increasing confidence. Whether you are interested in physical fitness, self-defense, or just an athletic/social outlet, TKD is a safe and positive environment.
