This program of Taoist Tai Chi Arts incorporates stretching and turning within a sequence to improve the health of your body, mind and spirit while enhancing internal strength, energy, balance, vitality, and stamina. This class can be done standing, sitting or in a wheelchair. Beginners should arrive a half hour early to the first class for introductory instruction.
