New location, same great cause! Put on your running—or walking—shoes and wear a costume for the Shannon McNamara Memorial 5K. Held annually each Sunday before Halloween, the event is set for October 26 at 8:30am starting at the Rolling Meadows Park District Community Center. Proceeds benefit the Shannon McNamara Scholarship Fund and the Rolling Meadows Park Foundation Scholarship Fund. The event includes a kids fun run and costume contest for participants and pets.
