Face Covering Update

Face coverings are encouraged but not required.

On February 28, 2022, Governor J.B. Pritzker lifted the statewide indoor face covering mandate. Additionally, Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) lifted Mitigation Order 2021-11 on the same date.

Due to the lifting of the mandate and mitigation order, Rolling Meadows Park District encourages face coverings to reduce risk within all programs and facilities. However, face coverings are no longer required.

Should the state or county issue new mandates and executive order mitigations in the future, the Park District will consistently follow those laws and executive order mitigations, as has been the case throughout the pandemic.
