CCDPH Mitigation Order 2021-11

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) has issued updated guidance regarding Order 2021-11. In response to this new guidance from Cook County, Rolling Meadows Park District is no longer required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination proof for the following programs and individuals:
  • Any program or activity for individuals 18 and under.
  • Spectators of indoor sports where no food or beverage is being served.
  • Individuals of all ages participating in special recreation programs.

At this time, vaccine proof will still be required for individuals over 18 participating in any athletic and fitness program effective January 3, 2022.

Under this Cook County Order, proof of full vaccination is required for all patrons over 18 to enter our facilities if participating in an athletic or fitness activity. Any person over 18 must also show identification (such as a driver's license, school ID, government ID or passport) with information corresponding to their proof of vaccination prior to entry to any facility to participate in an athletic or fitness activity.Athletic and fitness activities include fitness memberships and programs, activities at The Grove Fitness Studio, gymnastics, basketball, soccer, martial arts, pickleball and other sports, as well as dance, ice hockey and figure skating.

Additionally, any indoor facility rental where food and/or beverage is served also requires attendees over 18 to be vaccinated.

  • An official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered; or
  • An 'app' that provides a digital record of vaccinations; or
