CCDPH Mitigation Order 2021-11

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) has issued updated guidance regarding Order 2021-11. In response to this new guidance from Cook County, Rolling Meadows Park District is no longer required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination proof for the following programs and individuals:
  • Any program or activity for individuals 18 and under.

Under this Cook County Order, proof of full vaccination is required for all patrons over 18 to enter our facilities if participating in an athletic or fitness activity.
