Facility Rentals
The Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you need for a memorable gathering! We offer 3 different types of facilities for rent: banquet halls, activity rooms and conference rooms. Between our multiple spaces, we are sure that one room will fit your banquet, seminar, meeting, shower, wedding or party needs. All facility rentals include the use of tables, chairs, set up and take down of equipment and cleaning. Pricing for our rentals are as follows:

Banquet Halls
Community Center Great Room

The Great Room has a stage, wood laminate floor, high ceiling and attached kitchen.
Park Central Banquet Hall
Seats 120 Guests
A beautifully updated hall that includes a spectacular New Orleans-style courtyard complete with a delightful fountain and lush greenery, commercial kitchen, dance floor and bar.
Plum Grove Park Banquet Hall
Seats 120 Guests
Plum Grove Park has everything you need to prepare a memorable get-together. With both indoor and outdoor facilities, your event can be designed to accommodate up to 120 guests with any distinctive style from elegant to casual.
Activity Rooms
Community Center Laurel Room
Seats 60 Guests
The Laurel Room has a small kitchenette.
Community Center Gymnasium
The Community Center Gymnasium features six basketball hoops--two with glass backboards. Private open gym is also available for individuals who want to work on their basketball shots, soccer cone drills and other activities. Private gym time is $25 for a 45-minute session. Time slots are Monday-Thursday at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.
