Pool Parties

If you are interested in having a party at the pool, we have a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more ($5/person). You can also privately reserve our pavilion by the splash pad for a 3-hour window ($50).

Reserve a Pool Party

Once in our registration site, click Log In (and create your account if you haven’t already).

1. Click on the tab titled "Aquatics – Rentals/Group Visits”, select Nelson Sports Complex, and navigate to the date you would like under the Pool facility.
2. Choose an available 3-hour time slot, Add to Cart, Checkout, and answer all the questions that populate. (Some of the questions are referencing private rentals after public swim. If you are looking for a small party during public swim, just answer “No” to those. If you are interested in a private rental after public hours, answer "Yes" to the appropriate spaces you'd like to rent.)
3. Enter the number of guests/campers you expect (minimum 10).
4. You have the option to choose “Yes” for question 5 if you would like to privately rent the pavilion by the splash pad (pictured above).
5. There are a couple of waivers that must be signed, and then your applicable fees will be generated. Complete your transaction and we can approve once we receive notification from the system of your request.
