Class Schedule

This schedule is for our Pilates Reformer classes only and will updated monthly. Pilates reformer classes are limited to a maximum of 4 students to ensure proper attention and focus on perfect alignment as well as accurate bio-mechanics. Our classes optimize functional movement whether you want to tone your muscles, increase flexibility, recover from an injury or simply maximize efficiency in day-to-day function.
