Meet Our Pilates Reformer Instructors
Jennifer is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and she is passionate about health and wellness. She has a broad spectrum of experience spanning 10 years in teaching group fitness classes and certifications, including personal training, cycling and zumba. Having a love of music and dance, Jennifer started by teaching zumba classes, soon expanded to strength and spin until she became a marathon runner in 2015. She has completed 12 marathons and 1 ultra marathon and stays active in the running community volunteering and pacing for local races. In training clients and balancing out her own fitness goals, Jennifer realized the need for helping people improve their flexibility, balance and core. She developed a deeper awareness to the body after receiving her AFFA practical pilates certification in 2017. Since then she has become an advocate for functional fitness while creating safe and customized training for the individual. Advancing her training with classical pilates and movement analysis she believes that Pilates is for everybody and essential to living and enjoying a healthy active lifestyle.
