Youth Sports

Programs

Our programs feature basic fundamental skills of each sport and will be taught in a non-competitive environment. Equipment is age appropriate. Socialization, teamwork, participation, key motor skill development, good sportsmanship and having fun will be a part of each program. Bring a water bottle to class.

We would like to provide you information from the Center of Disease Control regarding concussions. Keeping children and teens healthy and safe is always a top priority. Whether you are a parent, youth sports coach, school coach, school professional, or health care provider, the CDC site will help you recognize, respond to, and minimize the risk of concussion or other serious brain injury.

For more information or questions please contact Bryce Bilodeau at bbilodeau@rmparks.org or call 847-818-3200.
